Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

Following a review by the Law Commission, the Government enacted the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 to replace the previous Sale of Liquor Act 1989.

The object of the previous Act was limited to a reasonable system of control over the sale and supply of liquor in order to reduce liquor abuse.

The policy aims are to:

Cost for attendance at one of the pre-scheduled courses, one on one training is negotiable, or a set fee for up to ten people for an onsite course at your establishment or at one of our venues.
